Can I request a specific delivery date for my order?

Yes, you can request a specific delivery date. We offer a premium option via our Zilvaris drivers for faster delivery with a set time and installation. This service is available for customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Western Germany. Contact us if you’d like this option.

For all other orders, or if you choose not to use the Zilvaris drivers, standard shipping will be handled by trusted delivery services, depending on the destination country.

What is your return and refund policy for custom-made products?

When ordering a custom-made product from us, it cannot be returned, as the item is created specifically to meet your unique requirements.

Do you offer installation services for larger products?

Yes, we offer installation services for larger products. If you’d like installation and on time delivery, simply contact us for our Zilvaris drivers, available in Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Western Germany

For larger orders outside these areas, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information to monitor your order's status.
