Products that are out of stock are not displayed on the website. If a product unexpectedly becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will receive a full refund. However, this is rare as our site only lists items in stock.

For deliveries within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Western Germany, we offer a special delivery service through Zilvaris Drivers. For large orders outside these regions, we can arrange customized delivery options.
5.3 Delivery Times

5.4 Delays
Zilvaris is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping companies (e.g., PostNL, DPD, or DHL). For issues with Zilvaris Drivers, you can contact us directly to resolve the matter.

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as delivered. Personalized products are non-returnable as they are custom-made specifically for you.
